Bedford KHA14

Bedford KHA14

This Bedford KHA14 of the well known haulier James Kemp of Leslie burdened with a heavy load of waste paper has the advantage of a Leyland 0.400 diesel under its bonnet as it storms up a steep gradient on the old A62 northbound. It has a large piece of cardboard masking most of the air intake to maintain a good temperature for its cool-running engine.
