London Transport RT 994
The A.E.C. RT developed in conjunction with London Transport just before World War II was the London bus that everyone remembers. A handful were built pre-war but after hostilities had ceased a total running into thousands were manufactured, the last one running on the eve of the eighties. There are probably enough RT's in preservation to form a medium size bus company such is their popularity.
