Silver Star Tiger
This Silver Star coach of 1956 with its Harrington body on the Leyland Tiger chassis was state of the art at that time, and transported many a National Servicemen on weekend leave and back from the various army camps on Salisbury Plain. By the early sixties this source of passengers was dwindling as conscription was phased out and before long Silver Star was no more.
